Traditionally, we offer a cloth (cover) to our mridanga as it represents BALARAMA and NITYANANDA.
The cover perfectly fits the mridanga’s small head (dayan), ranging from 3″ to 6″, and the bigger head (bayan), ranging from 8″ to 10″. However, it is crucial to double-check the measurements to ensure a proper fit.
