We bought this Mridanga for my son, this year, June 2017 when we visited Vrindavan. My son Kirtan tested many Mridangas in the store, playing each and every Mridanga till he was completely satisfied almost 2 hours, thank you Akshay gopal for showing extreme patience.
Now he got the one he wanted but how to take it back home. One of the biggest problem we found is carrying back to our home in Austin Texas. Akshay Gopal once again solved the problem, he said he would pack and ship it. Initially we were skeptical but he assured us it will be fine. We returned back to US and lo and behold there is the Mridanga. We were really very impressed with the Packaging, there is no way it can be damaged 🙂 and it reached within 4 days. Now we have no problem we have our source for Musical instruments, I don’t have to even think twice.
I usually do not write reviews but knowing Akshay Gopal personally and with his good customer service I want let others know that you can rest assured that you are getting the best product and service.
